I can confirm it has been fixed.
Also, that page lists "9.6 beta 1" at the top:

Should it be clearer? e.g. 9.6beta1 has text:
Installer version Version 9.6 Beta 1 [ This is a beta release for
testing purposes, and should not be used in production ]
while 9.5 has:
Installer version Version 9.5.3 [Readme file for customers interested in
using PL/Perl, PL/Python or PL/Tcl]
