Bug reference: 11672
Logged by: Dan
Email address: flashmozzg(at)gmail(dot)com
PostgreSQL version: 9.3.5
Operating system: Windows 8.1 x64
Description:

It's so happened that my system drive is disk G:/ and I don't have any with
letter C - my phone connected to usb has this letter. The problem is - in
psql shell after entering port is promts ~"There is no disc in in the drive
C:/ please insert it" (I think it tries to access drive C:/ while it's not
possible). Please fix this.
