It was already 100000 for all lists; I bumped it up globally to 200kB.
For some lists it's even larger, for example pgsql-hackers has it at
1MB (actually 1000 kB). If you think there's a need for a larger value
for pgsql-odbc, let me know.

Now, apparently pgsql-odbc does not have a list owner nor a moderator.
Who is supposed to be in charge of this list?
