Neither the G+ page nor the SEAPUG look to have very much traffic.
Perhaps it'd make more sense for folks in Whatcom county to subscribe to
the SEAPUG list instead of creating another list that's going to have
very little traffic? I realize it's not really a suburb of Seattle or
anything, but perhaps we can consider that list to be more broadly
"Washington state".

Another option might be to have Vancover or maybe a Western Canada
list, we currently only have Montreal & Toronto, but of course, both of
those lists are also nearly devoid of any activity..
