Hi,
those watching -hackers might have seen there's a problem with the
current 9.3/9.2/9.1/9.0 minor releases if you are using replication.
https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Nov2013ReplicationIssue
Until fixed versions are available, the previous packages (9.2.4,
9.1.9, and 9.0.13) from apt.postgresql.org are available at
http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt/nov2013replicationissue/
Unfortunately we can't just roll back the repository, so you will
either need to manually install these packages using wget && dpkg -i,
or use the Packages.gz file in that directory, and pick the right
packages for your operating system.
I am working on setting up an instance of the snapshot.debian.org
software for our repository, but this needs some more time.
Christoph
