Of course, apt.postgresql.org features packages for the newly released
PostgreSQL 9.3.0. The meta packages have also been updated to point to
the new postgresql-9.3 packages.

For technical reasons, we also rebuilt postgresql-9.2. If you are
running 9.2 (or older releases), nothing will change for you, except
that your libpq5 packages and friends will get upgraded to 9.3 as
well. This is fine except in very unusual setups, for ways around this
upgrade see the wiki at [1]
