Hi,
in order to be able to properly package the upcoming 9.3beta1 release,
we need the version number 9.3~beta1 to be greater than what we have
now for postgresql-9.3. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for
9.3~devel, so I modified the version number to be 9.3~0devel (current
build: 9.3~0devel~149.git2317a63.pgdg+1).
So if you happen to have any of the 9.3 packages (including libpq5)
from sid-pgdg-testing installed, you will need to "downgrade" them to
get the current version.
If you aren't using any 9.3 packages, you are not affected by this
change.
