I did *not* change any list password either, or any list of moderators.
However, I don't see Greg in the list of pgsql-general moderators.
In fact, of the lists mentioned above, only -announce has Greg has
moderator.

Each list has a list password, of course, but there's also an option to
set specific passwords for specific tasks for specific lists, which can
be given to specific email addresses. There are a bunch of obsolete
addresses having passwords set in some lists, but the only one that
lists Greg (as greg(at)turnstep) is pgsql-announce.
Maybe the problem is the change of http to https. Note that there is a
redirect from http to https but it gets you to the main page of the
https site, not the specific URL. For a couple of days I neglected to
update the URL that was sent out in moderation emails (so it was still
http and so of course it didn't work), but I updated that later when
Devrim complained.
