I only noted a tiny thing (which was present earlier on):
snprintf(waitactivitymsg, sizeof(waitactivitymsg),
"waiting for max_standby_delay (%u ms)",
MaxStandbyDelay);
in ResolveRecoveryConflictWithVirtualXIDs.
Shouldnt that be seconds? Otherwise the check in WaitExceedsMaxStandbyDelay is
wrong...
