You mean:
BEGIN;
CREATE TABLE pg_mug (contents TEXT);
INSERT INTO pg_mug VALUES('coffee', 'sugar', 'cream');
COMMIT;
?
I don't think "water" makes sense unless you are making instant coffee,
which I think is atypical.
