Are you sure you can redo this from scratch as a lightning talk?

You'll bomb if you just try to compress a 45-minute presentation into
the lightning talk format.

Of this extensive subject, what can you do in lightning talk format?
Maybe something more specific and attention-grabbing than the general
"Porting from $proprietary_db," which is generally a 45-minute
minimum, and a half-day seminar or longer is not unknown.
