Cool. We will certainly give a pointer to your community from the main
website, do you need any infrastructure from postgresql.org? (mailing list or
pug listing or ...?)
Also, once you're set on mailinglist / website / whatever, you should send an
email to pgsql-announce, pgsql-general, and pgsql-novice mailing lists.
