I am seeing some cases where multi-line SQL commands are having their
final line pushed to the top of the next page. For example, in the 8.3
docs:
http://www.postgresql.org/files/documentation/pdf/8.3/postgresql-8.3-US.pdf
I see a CREATE FUNCTION on PDF page number 817 having its last line
pushed to page 818. Is this normal? Can it be avoided?
