I think it depends. If you want to reach out to our US/CA counterparts,
we need to have a big conference. If you want to reach out to regionals
then we need to have smaller conferences.

That is what is happening here in the states. We are having no less
than 4 conferences we are regionally appropriate in the next 12 months.
The one we are having in two weeks is already almost at capacity (50)
just by serving the pacific northwest.

I expect our Winter conference which is in Southern California to be 3
times that.

What *I* want to see is a EuroPG conference. I would like to smaller
ones too, but a big EuroPG conference would likely draw more people
from my side of the pond. Growing community folks :)
