Just committed a patch that hopefully fixes this. Nor having a Windows
build system atm means I can only test this using the buildfarm or with
the help of you guys out there. So please test and report.

Not really. This is only one regression test case and it's easily
correctable. Even if it wasn't we coul just remove this test case from
ecpg_schedule an run the regression suite without it.
