+1. We do ourselves a big dis-service every time a public-facing service
(ie: search) is down on isn't functioning as expected. Unfortunately,
this still seems to be a monthly occurence (though it's gotten a lot
better in the past year or two). I know money doesn't solve all
problems, but we need to make sure it's not causing them.
