For some reason PostgreSQL seems to go to sleep after a few minutes.
If I execute a command against it from a linked server it returns an error the first time.
If I then execute the same command against it from the same linked server it works again and
again.
This is repeated if the PostgreSQL server is left sitting idle with no commands executing against
it for some time.
