Hi,
I'm trying to install postgres on a windows 2000 server and I get a following error message during installation,
PostgreSQL 8.0 -- Failed to run initdb: 1!
Please see the logfile in 'D:\qca\Admin Point System\Postgres\tmp\initdb.log'.
Note! You must read/copy this logfile before you click OK, or it will be automatically removed.
The initdb log file contains the following meesage:
The current directory is invalid.
The permisson for all the folder are correctly set, the user group has Read & Execute, Read and list permission for folder where the postgres is being installed.
Could anyone help me?
