Hi Josh,
I plan to go to PHPCon since I lived in Montreal.
However, due to the fact I am a novice with PostgreSQL I do no think I am
ready to make an interesting presentation on PostgreSQL. I have also another
reason related to my health that makes me unsuitable to make presentations.
If there is a plan to have a PostgreSQL booth I am willing to help and be
present for it.
