Description: Successful COPY fails with less records in CSV file
Details:

The flat file c:/temp/import.csv (see below) is successfully
copied with the following command:

COPY STA.IA_STA_T_002_001 FROM 'c:/temp/import.csv' WITH DELIMITER '\t'

When the flat file contains for example only 29 records, the target
table contains no records. Can somebody put me to solution, please?
