An email from me to hackers 18 hours ago never appeared, and I am
hearing on IRC of other missing emails.

Would someone check the mail queues? My missing email was:

From pgman Sat Apr 9 17:30:15 2005
Subject: Three-byte Unicode characters
In-Reply-To: <25403(dot)1113103724(at)sss(dot)pgh(dot)pa(dot)us>
To: Tom Lane <tgl(at)sss(dot)pgh(dot)pa(dot)us>

cc: John Hansen <john(at)geeknet(dot)com(dot)au>,

MIME-Version: 1.0

I re-emailed it this morning and it appeared immediately.
