About Vacuum Process

<div>I just want to ask if the Vacuum process decrease in size or in volum
to the databes on postgres, because as i noticed from the below command
its deosnt decrease:</div>
<div>$ vacuumdb -p 5432 --full --analyze -d DBname</div>
<div>if there is really a way for the decreasing the size of the data base
i want to know it please and it it would be really appreciated.</div>
