I managed to download these and upload the pdfs into CVS. I didn't make the
links live as virtual hosting seems messed up, redirecting my
xzilla.postgresql.org site to advocacy.postgresql.org (can someone take a
look at that?), but here's a patch if anyone feels inclined to commit it.
