website issues

I have two issues:

The URL: http://www.postgresql.org/mirrors-ftp
gives 404. This is the "new" link to beta4
on the developers page.

Also, where did the current development version
of the docs move to? I hope they are right there
but I can't see them.

Some information about how to contribute to
the documentation efforts is also "missing".
The translation information, is there, of course.
I mean adding sections, clarification and
examples to the base documentations.
