Tom,
It's clear to a lot of us that you've been putting in a lot of 12-hour days
lately. Especially in July, when you single-handedly got PITR, NTs and
several other features over the hump to be included in 8.0. And yet, you
never dropped off the mailing lists, even pgsql-novice.
Based on something that Robert Bernier suggested at OSCON, I took up a little
collection and got you a restaurant gift certificate to The Georgetown Inn in
Pittsburgh. It should be arriving in the mail today or tommorrow. So ...
take a night off, enjoy yourself, and try to make it up to your wife for not
being available all summer!
Those who chipped in were:
Joe Conway
Robert Bernier
David Fetter
Adi Alurkar
Elein Varlena
Steven Zenith
(did I leave anyone out?)
