I'm pretty sure that you'll need to implement the other languages yourself.
The OpenFTS project (openfts.sourceforge.net) has some documentation on how
to do so.
The community will really appreciate it if you can do so; it's time we
expanded the number of TSearch languages and efforts like yours are how it
happens.
