And, no, I will not encourage a separate nested transaction build to be
posted as well as the normal one. Nested transactions are not anywhere
near ready to apply to CVS, and might not even make 7.5.
At this point, we are only going to encourage Win32 folks to test
current CVS. If folks want to test unapplied patches, they have to
create a build environment on their own machines. Based on the number
of outstanding patches, we would have tens of builds flying around with
X patches applied and it would be a mess.
