This line looks like the problem. pg_config_os.h should have been
created by configure.
On my unix machine it looks like:
(4) l /pg/include/pg_config_os.h
lrwxr-xr-x 1 postgres wheel 31 Apr 23 10:44
/pg/include/pg_config_os.h@ -> ../.././src/include/port/bsdi.h
We have heard reports of random symlink failures in win32. Could that
be the cause?
