I think much of the code has to be redone to meet the new requirements we have heared the last days (especially the translation thing was not designed to handle such a big site we'll get when we merge the sites), so it might be better to discuss other (maybe better) ways before doing that and in 4 weeks we see our solution is unhandy and we begin to rewrite the code again...

I see wrapping issues on all three, but anyway, let's stick to the
project at hand. The aim at the moment is to make the portal:

1) Multilanguage capable (no.1 priority)
2) XHTML/CSS content/presentation seperation
3) Tweak the layout based on discussions over the last few *months*

Once that is done, and the site is in place and running, we can tweak
the CSS and layout to our hearts content.
