More thoughts:
-- We could really use a CVS-based or CVS-like way to share documents for the
PostgreSQL community. Maybe this will end up on techdocs, maybe not; but a
lot of shared-edit docs get e-mailed around which is very labor-intensive.
-- For new content, we need a way to designate it not to appear until some
later date/time. For example, we might want the PostgreSQL 7.5 release
announcement, and the release pages, to appear at 9am EST monday.
