Ah, but the .so isn't in the -pl RPM (I'm guessing plpgsql is considered
"core").

$ rpm -qif /usr/lib/pgsql/plpgsql.so
Name : postgresql-server Relocations: (not relocateable)
Version : 7.3.4 Vendor: (none)
