Re: Adding Rendezvous support to postmaster

I will apply this patch soon, and add a configure test looking for:

#include <DNSServiceDiscovery/DNSServiceDiscovery.h>

You reference that in your code, so it seems a logical way to set
HAVE_RENDEZVOUS.
