Dear All,
I am a new user to postgresql and was wandering if it is possible to do a cross-database insert in postgresql?
We use this feature frequently in Informix and are wanting to move from Informix to postgresql. The syntax for this feature in Informix is:
INSERT INTO db(at)server:table VALUES(x, y, z)
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Chris
