hi
some time ago there was a discussion about different way of creating
functions - different so it wouldn't be neccessary to use double-quoting
inside of functions and so on.
i made a quick search through docs, but i haven't found anything on this
subject.
can you tell me if anything has been done to improve function creation,
or not?
