Array support?

Hi folks,

I've been googling around to find a free software database that supports
arrays, and one that has a JDBC driver that supports it too.

According to http://lab.applinet.nl/postgresql-jdbc/#Array
it should be in 7.2, and since 7.2 is here, I searched the archives for
a definitive answer, but I didn't find it.

Does the 7.2 JDBC driver support arrays?

BTW, anybody have any experience with Apache Cocoon and PostgreSQL?
That's what I'll be using it for... :-)
