Yes. Please read README.rpm-dist in /usr/share/doc/postgresql-7.2.1 for
details on how to rebuild from the source RPM. You can then install the RPMs
you just built.

There was another fellow built the RPMset on RH 7.1 a week or so ago, and he
said the rebuild worked just fine.

As I don't have a RH 7.1 machine to build on, this is the best I can do.
