I have installed Cygwin on Windows 98 with all extensions but when I am in the commandwindow and writes psql it says:
\"psql: connectDBStart() -- connect() failed: No such file or directory. Is the postmaster running locally and accepting connections on Unix socket \'/tmp/.s.PSQL.5432\'?\"
What is the problem? I\'m not so familiar with this so I appreciate help!
