Sorry to have been too brief:
* Merge LockMethodCtl and LockMethodTable into one shared structure (Bruce)
Basically, lock methods are now stored in structures, one in shared
memory with a spinlock, and another in normal memory created by the
postmaster. The goal for 7.2 is to merge these into one shared memory
structure to clarify the code.
