pgsqODBC binding parameters?

Hello,

I have pgsql 7.0.3 on RH 7.0 (self compiled) and pgsqlODBC v 6.50.00
(self compiled) on WinNT 4.0. I have problems with binding parameters:

prepare(SELECT * FROM table WHERE column = ?)
execute(value)

It fail. So I write a patch. But now I read that 6.50.00 is old
version. I can't try newer version. Is my problem solved or
may I send my patches againist 6.50.00 to this list?

My next questions is about mailing-list:
Why slrn (news reader) write me that comp.databases.postgresql.interfaces.odbc
may be a bogus?
Where can I found archive of this mailing-list?
