Bug#55325: pgaccess: Preferences can't be set when using large fonts (fwd)

I have verified this report; the main problem is that the size of the
preferences
window should take into account the increased size of the fonts. At least it
should be resizable.

When using pgaccess, if you have large font settings, selecting "preferences"
from the "Database" menu, will give you a preferences window which you cannot
exit from because the "save" and "exit" buttons are off the bottom of the
window, there are no scroll bars, and the buttons cannot be tabbed to. The
only way out appears to be killing the program, and of course the only way
to correct the problem is to either delete or manually edit the ".pgaccessrc"
file.

Large font settings are necessary on high resolution monitors in order
for the program display to be readable (in my case, 21" 1600x1200 res.).
In the case of the preferences window, either making the window resizable
or adding scroll bars would probably be sufficient, though the best solution
would probably be to scale the window size based on the font size. This
problem may extend to other windows displayed by the program, but I am not
familiar enough with it as yet to make this determination.
