Minor change in news release for 7.3.2

The recent news item announcing version 7.3.2 needs a small change.
At the bottom of the page, it says:

"This release can be found on all mirrors, as well as the main site, under:

/pub/source/v7.3.2
"

This is not entirely correct, as not all of the mirrors use that
directory layout. A simple link to the downlad page would probably
be better.
