Remember, folks, there is a pg_attribute.atttypmod field that is an
int32 that is ready for use by other types.

For example, Clark and I were discussing putting the oid of the sequence
into that column, destruction of the sequence could be automatic. Would
also make pg_dump understand which sequences are valid for dumping.
