Problem Description:

After sending a select query with oid8out function in it,
the server crashed.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Test Case:
----------
e.g.
create table cities (name text, population float, altitude int);
insert into cities values('x',1.2,100);
select oid8out(altitude) from cities;
now the server rashed.
The select query may not be correct, but the server should not crash,
instead, it should give a error message.
