I am no longer able to use CVS update from anoncvs.
$ cvs -z3 -d :pserver:anoncvs(at)postgresql(dot)org:/usr/local/cvsroot update -d -P
cvs server: Updating .
cvs server: Updating CVSROOT
cvs server: failed to create lock directory in repository
`/usr/local/cvsroot/CVSROOT': Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/usr/local/cvsroot/CVSROOT'
cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up
Am i using the wrong command, or is it a server problem?
