I forgot one more question. What exactly happens inside the backend when
BEGIN is entered? Right now ecpg doesn't know about this at all. If there is
some action I think I should add this to ecpg, i.e. a BEGIN causes a PQexec
call with the 2nd parameter = 'begin'.
