In working with testing the ODBC driver with 6.3 I've noticed
some odd behavior. I establish a connection and get authenticated.
Then I send a query. This creates yet another postgres process... Each
query does this... And they all seem to hang around... And take up CPU
and Memory. And quckly system performance goes way out the window...
