[+] Improved keyboard support in the Table Editor

[+] Backup tables don't participate in database modification and they
are automatically unchecked during the reverse engineering

[+] A dialog for choosing a constraint during the reference creation
was improved

[+] Registration of the .pdd file type in the system

[+] <Auto Create Column> placed at the top of the foreign key column
list

[+] A cancelled reference creation don't increase the reference
counter

[+] A column is automatically added to the foreign key after inserting
a column to the primary key participated in the reference
