PA 4 password bug

Hi there,
it seems to me the PgAdmin 4 has a bug with password handling.
I use secure passwords like: w0|!zvD;6zO\$}MiIx&b
which PgAdmin III accepts, but PgAdmin 4 does not.

When I use a password composed just of alphanumerical values, everything works.
