Uninstall pgAdmin and then go to pgAdmin.org and get the installer from there. The installer at postgresql.org does not work.

I am currently taking a Data Analytics course for Thinkful. My laptop has Windows 10 operating system and I am having trouble setting up the PGAdmin. It tries to load and it gets stuck there. I did try to reboot and perform any updates. Will this program work on my operating system or will I need to update my laptop?
