Dear Sir,
I am installing postgresql 12 for windows x86-64 and the installation procces is failing because the installation program cannot create the cluster (see the pic). Could you help me please? I have no idea why it is happening and for me it is essential to use this program due to academic reasons. Thank you in advance for your time and cooperation.
